In my role as a leader, I worked with a wide variety of personalities, cultures, age and professional groups from over forty nations.
The understanding of human nature that I acquired over time is an invaluable resource that I now successfully apply to my role as a coach and trainer - in the form of exclusive trainings.

My focus and contribution is based on improving inter- and intrapersonal skills in the working world. Good teamwork begins with uncovering the own inner resources.

Captain Juha Pokka and Captain Jan Rautawaara as well as the Crew of Anny von Hamburg are looking forward to welcoming you for this unforgettable Scandinavian Adventure.
Expertise Captain Juha Pokka
Master 500GT, wooden shipbuilder and sail ship captain
Juha's first own vessel was a three masted wooden schooner. He has owned and commanded several old coastal cargo ships and is well familiar with the Baltic coastal waters. He is also an experienced engineer. Juha is a former Finnish Navy Petty Officer and took apart in military patrol in the Horn Of Africa. For some years he was deputy Harbor Master in Helsinki before returning to private entrepreneur ship work and now with Anny.
Expertise Captain Jan Rautawaara
Master Mariner (Polar area certified), sail ship captain, submersible pilot
Jan has been working as Captain on several sailing ships in charters and sail training (including the Anny in 1997), commanding expedition cruise ships and large superyachts all around the world. In addition he owned old coastal cargo ships and was also a part owner of a three masted brigantine for some years. One of his previous jobs was to be the newbuild Captain on a German shipyard. Currently Captain for TUI Cruises & Anny.
